Happy New Year! Who’s ready to take on 2018?? 2017 has come and gone, and I am trying to look forward to all the amazing things we have coming for us this year, without feeling too depressed about how fast this last year zoomed right by! It was such a fun, exciting, and definitely stressful year, but 2018, I’m officially ready for you! It is gonna be a good year, I just know it. Hopefully 2018 will actually follow through with finally helping me become my less sugar dependent self! We’ll see…
Anyway, we’re making some serious New Year’s resolutions over here at Dotti, but before we do that, we couldn’t be more grateful for 2017 and YOU!! Because of you, we grew and grew, and that’s what we plan on doing in 2018! Thank you for all of the support! Thank you to anyone that buys our cute dresses for the cute little girls in your life, and to the Mamas that tag us in your posts and spread the word, you do not go unnoticed, THANK YOU THANK YOU! Now, lets get to making some goals, and not only making them but meeting them! I mean, the least our goals can do is meet us in the middle right?! I’ll go 90, you go 10?...but nope. Goals are needy so we have to try a little harder. Here are some Dotti goals for 2018 and we can’t wait to accomplish them!
DOTTI 2018 RESOLUTIONS:
1. Find more opportunities for service with our brand - We want to find organizations to work more closely with, individuals, or even just donating dresses to those in need. And just generally being more aware of the needs in our community!
2. Develop better organization with my schedule so that I can be present during work and present at home spending time with husband and the new little babe joining our family in the next couple weeks! I know it will be a challenge to balance running this small business and being a new mom, but I have so many supportive people around me that I am so thankful for, I know I will be able to find a good balance… Eventually.
3. At least reduce the need for Diet Coke and candy to keep me focused during work hours (please tell me I’m not the only one that has the diet coke/candy craving 24/7)! I just swear that a good nerds rope or kazoozle really tunes me right into focus.. what can I say, I’ve been told I have the flavor palette of a 9 year old boy.
Now that I’ve got that out of the way, what are your goals? Whether it’s to get more crafty, eat out less, move more, get a new Dotti dress for your little girl (hint hint nod nod)! Comment below what New Year’s resolutions you made this year! We’re new at this whole blogging thing, so let us know what you would like to hear about! Happy New Year!!
